Both sessions will begin in the gym; we will start with welcoming families and then move on to their child's homeroom.

Kindergarten-Grade 3 from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm
After introductions, parents will travel to the student's primary/homeroom teacher. For Kindergarten through 3rd Grade, in addition to meeting and speaking with the primary/homeroom teachers, our Physical Education, Art, Religion, Language, Music, and Computer/Steam teachers will pop in and visit.

From 5:45 pm to 6:15 pm
Parents with more than one student in grades Kindergarten through Grade 3 can use this time to visit their other child's teacher. If any parent is waiting for session two to begin, we invite you to the cafeteria for coffee and cookies while we wait for the next session.

Grade 4 – Grade 8 from 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm
After introductions, parents will begin with their child's homeroom and then travel to the next class to meet all their other teachers. Parents will hand out a schedule for each grade level that evening.
